This is one of my favourite recipes made by my mother when we were growing up. Simple to make, tasty as hell and goes with everything. This is a simple and tasy recipe for a prawn pickle that can be made in just a few minutes.

      1. Heat Oil till its nice and hot on a medium to high flame
      2. Crush the garlic pods and add to the heat. You should be able to smell the garlic cooking.
      3. After about a minute when the garlic is roasted, add the prawns.
      4. Add a pinch of salt to the mix.
      5. Wait until the prawns is cooked (has turned white)
      6. Add the two chopped tomatoes and wait for the tomatoes to cook (Don't worry if the tomatoes and the prawn leave water and it looks more like a shrimp curry. It will dry out at the end)
      7. Let the mix cook for 5- minutes and then add the pickle masala and the Dhania Jeea powder.
      8. Add more pickle masala if you like it to be hotter.
      9. When the dish has become a thicker consistency, turn off the heat.
      10. Put in the fridge after its cooled off.
      11. Pickle Masala should be available at your local Indian Grocery stores.
      12. Sometimes, a little prawn pickle with a couple of chappatis makes a good meal.
