Delivery Failure
Delivery service is pathetic. For my last delivery after the delivery time iTadka called up and informed that they were not able to deliver in the alotted time slot. But sad part is they refused to deliver anytime during the day of the delivery and totally messed up my plans and they didn not give time slot for the next day delivery. I don't know when my order arrives and have to again change my plans and sit and wait for their order. Management is not flexible to offer any other time for missed delivery. Very tired of it.,
