Bharat International is one of the best grocery/spice store which I have come across in Australia. I am a non-judgmental person but I would like to suggest a few things for their betterment. The gentleman who stands on the cash register is fairly rude to customers. He asks western union customers to wait so that he can serve the other customers who are lined up . All the customers are equally important so he should serve on the basis of "first come first". If the customer doesnt find the item he is looking for and requests the gentleman on the cash register to help him then there is only one favourite sentence the boss says and that is ...."i have ordered my supplier but even my supplier is running short of these items". The man on the cash register is always munching something while serving the customers and at times eats his lunch on the counter. He is 95% of the times on phone and tells his customers that he is putting his orders to the suppliers. He has absolutely no sense how to dress up and is always in a rotten mood either with his staff or customers and treats the young beautiful and charming girl obnoxiously. This man should clean up his act, change his attitude/his way of thinking and get his feet on the ground.
