Apna Bazaar is an Indo-Pak grocery store and restaurant on Denton Rd in Carrolltton. Its a reasonably large store with a good variety of Indian/Pakistani groceries. They also have a Halal Meat section and an attached restaurant.

Irving has a ton of Indian restaurants and in general they are average and expensive. If you want good tasty good, go to Carrollton and I can promise that you will not be disappointed.
Apna Bazaar is a small hole in the wall type of place and is attached to the Apna Bazaar Grocery store. They have a limited menu but the food is great.
You will find Biryani, a few Chicken and meat dishes and some vegetarian dishes. They also have a few specials that we really like. Give their Chicken Sheek Kabab and their Tilapia fish fry a try. They are both very tasty.
The service is nice and friendly and you can end you meal with a nice paan.
