Horrible food and pathetic customer service
Hi,Today ,I had been to Sagar Royal indian restaurant for dinner.
The food was horrible and the customer service is pathetic.
I ordered garlic naan,mixed veg curry,mutter paneer and veg biryani.
Veg biryani was OK.However the curries were really bad.The Garlic naan was horrible.
I just gave a feedback to the owner.
His immediate response was"I have been running this restaurant for 23 years and no one has complained about the food.If you so, then it is your view point and it's wrong". I got irriated with his response.NEVER GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.

Very horrible hotel ... Staff is very indecent, rude and are to such an extent that they literally came to our table to fight. Two red label whisky was ordered but in the bill they had put in one red label and 1 black label. As an indian tradition we drink water when we have food .. these people when we asked for water never told us that it will be charged .. in the final bill he charged us 12.6 Euros just for water and when we asked for clarification he fought with us saying that water is chared as softdrink in his hotel ... if that was the case they should have informed us when we asked for it .... food taste is not good ... butter naan ordered was sticky and raw ... please dont visit this place as food and service is really bad .. they cheat in bills also be careful ..
