Poor Customer Service
I went to exchange some nuts that i bought a few days back. They were very rude and treated me in a very cheap manner, accusing me that i might have bought it 6 months ago and then trying to return it and went on and on among themselves in Gujarati in a very cheap language. According to me, they should have said in a nice manner that they could not do the exchange since all sales are final and said Sorry. But instead with their cheap and abusive language, they have lost one customer for sure... And might lose more if they continue to behave in this manner...
