Waited and waited after pulling out a tag from the ticket machine. They din't even call the numbers, I mean whats the point of having a ticket machine if staff ain't gonna use it. Anyway was ignored by 3 people behind the counter who seemed like not interested in selling anything. After calling out to them several times one young lady responded and served me. Crappy service. Not going there anymore.

Poor customer service
Very poor customer service at the food counter.They dont have any coordination.

I asked for a food,they said its available ,suddenly when he said its finished as he as to server some one else.

If you buy DVD you will get good treatment at the food counter,else they don't even bother to look at you.

I suggest people to go for some kind of training in customer service.

People who are expecting good service ,please avoid this store,else you will get embarrassed.
